It was an absolute honor to be invited into the Furr family’s home. I approached this session with the intention of telling their story as a quiet observer. Like a fly on the wall and in doing so, I captured some of the most heartfelt and genuine moments. Their home has the most beautiful, moody atmosphere, and I stayed true to that in every frame. This is what true to color really means to me—not adjusting a space to fit a trend, but honoring the story exactly as it is. And that’s what I believe photography should be: honest, intentional, and deeply real.
