Sarah + Peter

An intimate ceremony at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church 

Sarah and Peter’s Coptic Orthodox wedding was my first time documenting this beautiful and deeply meaningful tradition, and it was such an honor to be a part of it. The ceremony was rich with symbolism, reverence, and faith. Every moment felt sacred. The use of incense throughout the church added a unique, ethereal layer to the images, creating a soft, smoky haze that brought a sense of timelessness to their gallery. Witnessing the depth of their traditions and love for each other was truly unforgettable. And Peter's sweet mother was so proud.  Her tears moved me to tears and she said she wanted to get married again so I could document her day.  I think back to her words and smile very often since this day.
